(Ultra High Temperature)
products are pasteurized
at a very high temperature,
then sealed in an aseptic
package known as a tetra
pak. This process allows
dairy product to be stored
on the shelf while maintaining
there great fresh taste.
UHT products are very convenient
since they do not need to
be refrigerated until they
are opened.
